Shipping and Fees Guide at Supra-Quintessence
All orders are shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed before 12:00 AM (CET) are processed the same day. Those placed afterwards are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees by Country
Shipping fees cover the dispatch and handling of your order to your address, but do not guarantee manual delivery. Distribution depends on the carrier and its internal procedures.
Returns and Return Fees
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.
If shipping fees were charged for delivery, they also cover the return.
If delivery was free, the return is free as well.
No additional cost will be charged.
No shipments on weekends or Belgian public holidays, including: New Year, Easter Monday, Labour Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, National Day, Assumption Day, All Saints’ Day, Armistice Day, Christmas, and January 31st & July 31st (for logistical reasons).

Where we ship.
We currently ship only to the following countries:
Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, United States, Japan, Korea and Slovenia (mainland only).
Excluded zones
We do not ship to:

French overseas departments and territories (e.g. Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Mayotte, Polynesia, etc.)

Specific islands and areas, including:
– Balearic Islands
– Canary Islands
– Azores
– Sardinia
– Sicily
– Channel Islands
– Scilly Isles
– Certain Greek islands
– Ceuta and Melilla
– And other non-mainland or hard-to-reach areas
Shipping delays during launches or promotions
During high-demand periods, shipping delays may extend to 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
Orders outside covered zones
If your delivery address falls outside the areas listed above, please note that we cannot accept returns or handle quality-related claims.
Exchanges & Tracking
Exchange: Not offered. For another size, colour, or model, place a new order.
Return fees: Identical to original shipping fees.
Out of stock: If an item becomes unavailable after your order, you will be automatically refunded.
Undelivered parcel: You will receive a notification from the carrier with instructions. ID may be required for collection.
Order Tracking
The tracking number is sent within 3 business days after confirmation.
It activates within 8 hours after shipping.

Still nothing after 72 hours? Contact us.
Tracking frozen for 5 business days? Or marked "delivered" but not found? Inform us immediately.
Modifications or Cancellations
Once confirmed, no modification or cancellation is possible (address, size, items, promo).
If you change your mind, wait for delivery and make a standard return.
