Sunray garments are designed in Newquay, Cornwall. They are inspired by the 1950s and are all made in Japan from both premium and Ochiwata recycled cotton on old vintage circular knitting machines. The process is highly complex and time-consuming - each piece takes around 1.5 hours to make - but the result is more than worth the effort.
